1. What is chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a health science and art. Chiropractic means “done by hand”. Chiropractic is a fundamental health care delivery system that attempts to restore BASIC health by releasing nerve interference within the skeletal system. In other words, chiropractic is the most basic level of keeping our health other than proper liquids, diet, nutrition, and exercise.

4. I feel healthy, no symptoms, why should I see a chiropractor?

If your car is running why should you change the oil or have a tune-up? The TYPE of health care is a personal choice. Like anything else in this world we do things for our convenience or by the way we were taught. The real question is: "How healthy do I want to be and am I going to choose the RIGHT type of health care to keep my body as strong as possible?" A person needs to keep in mind that general health usually doesn't break down overnight and neither does your car.

7. What techniques do you use?

There are many techniques the chiropractic profession uses. Most doctors learn several techniques while in school and even learn more after school. I particularly like Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC) . This technique fits well with me because of the powerful predictable results I see immediately. For more information view this website on Advanced Biostructural Correction.
