The pressure is on!
Studies from the Palmer Chiropractic University are saying hypertension (high blood pressure) can have a profound impact from subluxation (pressure on nerve fibers) carrying impulses affecting the heart, blood vessels, the bottom part of the brain and other nerve tracts. So high blood pressure may be a consequence of the above factors and may respond to chiropractic care.
Michael C. had high blood pressure with some complications. Your Dr. 2 Feel Good was able to bring his blood pressure down with chiropractic care before Michael sought regular medical attention. The numbers don't lie.
Your Dr 2 feel Good will be happy to take your blood pressure free of charge through the month of September when you come in for your chiropractic appointment.
Buzz Around the Office
We are planning some upcoming events for October and November. We would like to invite everyone, friends and family to join us in giving blood at a blood mobile right here in our parking lot in late October. Sign ups are available in the front office. A date will be set as soon as we can get at least 35 signatures. Come on in and support a great cause!
We are also going to have a food drive in November, but more on that later.
Elaine's new grandbaby, due in January 2004 is a boy!! She is thrilled, to say the least.
Don't forget to order your backpacks for the upcoming school year. There are some very popular styles available..
Hot Flash of the Month
A Motivational Mind Game
If you find yourself dreading your usual workout, trying like crazy to find an excuse to cancel, make yourself a deal. Commit to working out for only 15 minutes – and if you still don't feel like exercising at that point, you can stop without felling guilty. Chances are, however, that once you've put in your 15 minutes, you will feel reenergized and will want to finish your workout.
